Today the box office opens for the 2017 Glyndebourne Opera Autumn Tour. The Tour is at Glyndebourne from the 7th to the 28th October 2017 before heading out on the road. This year's tour includes Mozart’s Così fan tutte, as staged by Nicholas Hytner. Tour 2017 also includes Annabel Arden’s exuberant production of Il barbiere di Siviglia and Brett Dean's daring new Hamlet direct from this summer's world premiere at the Glyndebourne Festival.
Mozart Così fan tutte
A cheeky double dare results in false pretences and true love in Mozart’s dark comedy directed by Nicholas Hytner.
Brett Dean Hamlet
Brett Dean’s richly atmospheric and deeply dramatic music captures the essence and timelessness of Shakespeare’s best-known tragedy.
Rossini Il barbiere di Siviglia
The battle of the sexes becomes a battle of wits in Rossini’s most popular comedy. Director Annabel Arden creates a sultry, surreal and subtly Spanish world.
The Tour 2017 is supported by Arts Council England and sponsored by the Daily Mail
